TCS is Hiring for Digital Production Support role!               Experience-3 to 8 Years                                                     Qualification:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.   Shift: 24 X 7 shift pattern                                                Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Content Authoring in Adobe Experience Manager, new page creation and modification of existing page, build and manage landing page content.

·         Utilize experience fragments within AEM to create and maintain reusable content across various channels.

·         Create/Customize automated testing scripts to enable QA automation based on requirements

·         Perform status review meetings and reporting, risk and issue management.

·         Utilize experience fragments within AEM to create and maintain reusable content across various channels.

·         Work on Rich text editor Customization in touch UI and OSGI (OpenSource Gateway Initiative) Service

·         Manage authoring, reviews and publishing content, including templated web pages and configuring web-ready assets and components

·         Maintain project content documentation and ensure all content related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible

·         Set up governance between customer insight team, marketing team and IT Analytics team to discuss areas of improvement and error fixes

·         Understand client’s AEM architecture & enable deployment seamlessly in production. Propose process simplification.
