Field Supervisor Position: Field Supervisor

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 Net Take Home

Attractive bonus and incentives available

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily candidate lineups and turn-up.
  • Handle mandatory candidate sourcing and screening.
  • Source candidates through social media groups and other channels.
  • Coordinate with candidates and ensure timely joining.
  • Track and close hiring requirements within the given timeline.
