Job Description
Field Supervisor Position: Field Supervisor
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 Net Take Home
Attractive bonus and incentives available
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily candidate lineups and turn-up.
- Handle mandatory candidate sourcing and screening.
- Source candidates through social media groups and other channels.
- Coordinate with candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Track and close hiring requirements within the given timeline.
