Job Description

Responsible for overall sales, marketing, revenue growth, and business development of the hotel, covering Rooms, Restaurant/F&B, and Banquet Hall. Drive room occupancy, corporate bookings, restaurant sales, and banquet/events business through corporate tie-ups, customer relationships, promotions, and digital marketing. Lead the sales team, monitor targets and collections, coordinate with hotel operations, and ensure guest satisfaction and overall profitability.
