Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive

PAYSH Services Private Limited is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer and merchant acquisition and promote our fintech and digital payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new merchants, businesses, institutions and channel partners.
• Promote PAYSH’s payment, recharge, bill payment, payout and fintech solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PAYSH products and solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding, KYC, activation and support.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and local brand-building initiatives.
• Maintain regular records of leads, customer interactions, conversions and sales performance.
• Handle basic customer queries and ensure proper follow-up after onboarding.

Skills Required

• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and customer relationship abilities.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field sales when required.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic understanding of digital payments, fintech and online business solutions is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B sales, fintech, banking, payment services or merchant acquisition will be preferred.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or a related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and business development are also welcome.
