This is a Work from Office Role, Candidate needs to

* Connect with new customers & existing customers( Inbound & Outbound)

* Using Indiamart Portal and Google search engine for connecting with new customers.

* Make Cold Calls

* Updating sales details in ERP

* Problem solving and dispute resolution

* Drafting emails to pharma companies and regular customers.
