Job Description
Habibah Forex, Pallavaram an upcoming branch of Kuberan Forex, Kovilambakkam is hiring a multi-role front-desk professional to handle reception and basic accounting tasks as the sole staff member during its initial startup phase.
Role & Responsibilities
* Customer Interaction: Greet incoming clients, identify their foreign exchange requirements (buying or selling currencies like USD, MYR, SAR, AED, etc.), and communicate their needs directly to management.
* Transaction Recording: Update and maintain daily transaction records in MS Excel immediately after fulfilling customer requests.
* Single-Handed Operations: Manage the office independently until business volume grows and additional staff are hired.
Core Services & Offerings
* Foreign Currency Exchange: Converting major international currencies into Indian Rupees (INR) and vice versa for travelers and individuals going abroad.
* Zero Commission: Offering competitive currency exchange services with zero commission fees.
Working Hours & Conditions
* Daily Schedule: 8 hours per day, operating between 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
* Interview Timings: Interviews are conducted between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
* Compensation: Guaranteed salary disbursed strictly on time.
