Job Description
- Field Sourcing & Business Development:
- Conduct open-market sourcing, area mapping, and field visits to identify potential gold loan customers.
- Pitch gold loan products to prospective borrowers, small business owners, traders, and local communities.
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Follow up on leads generated through cold calling, local networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate customer meetings and assist clients with initial documentation and KYC verification.
