Job Description

HR Statutory Compliance Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years |

Qualification: Any Degree / MBA HR |

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

  • Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF and labour law compliance.
  • Ensure timely statutory payments and submission of statutory returns.& factories ACT related registers
  • Maintain labour law records, registers (Multi states )
  • Manage contract labour and project site statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate statutory audits, inspections and licence renewals.
  • Insurances for staff & fixed assets
  • Prepare monthly compliance reports and MIS.
