 Requirement:

* Hindi Speaking Is Mandatory

* Age Should Be Below 27

* No Career Gaps

*Job Description:*

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals

- Conduct interviews and select candidates for further evaluation

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve candidate experience

- Track and analyze recruitment metri

- 

Salary- Pure incentive Basis 

 Incentive Structure:

- First Successful Hiring: ₹5,000 incentive

- Second Hiring onwards: ₹1,000 incentive per successful hiring

- WFH Position: ₹1,000 incentive

- WFO Position: ₹3,000 incentive

- Field Sales Officer Position: ₹5,000 incentive

Note: This is an incentive-based HR recruitment role. Incentives are applicable based on successful hiring/closure as per the company structure.
