Job Description
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Manage employee onboarding, documentation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Recruitment Support – Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, issue offer letters, and support the hiring process.
- Payroll Management – Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance, deductions, and employee benefits.
- Attendance and Leave Management – Maintain attendance records, track leave balances, and manage shift schedules.
- Employee Records Management – Maintain employee files, personal information, employment contracts, and HR databases.
- HR Documentation – Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Employee Engagement – Coordinate employee engagement activities, surveys, celebrations, and feedback sessions.
- Compliance Management – Support compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Employee Grievance Handling – Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- HR Reporting – Prepare reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, recruitment, and other HR metrics.
- Performance Management Support – Coordinate appraisal cycles, performance reviews, and documentation.
- Exit Management – Conduct exit formalities, coordinate full-and-final settlement, collect company assets, and process exit documentation.
