Job Description

  • Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively find potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Handle the entire process from identifying staffing needs with hiring managers to onboarding new hires.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • Job Marketing: Design and update job descriptions, and post openings on job boards, social media, and career pages.
  • Applicant Tracking (ATS): Manage candidate data, interview scheduling, and records in an ATS.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary, and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates on hiring metrics.
