Job Description
Responsibilities
- :Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage bulk hiring and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements Qualification:
- Any Graduate (HR/MBA preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office & job portals is a plus.
