HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• :Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage bulk hiring and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements Qualification:

• Any Graduate (HR/MBA preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office & job portals is a plus.
