HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from the management team.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial-level interviews to assess candidates’ communication skills, experience, and suitability.

• Coordinate final-level interviews with the hiring managers.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join on the scheduled date.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and candidate databases.

• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.

• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
