*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Prepare HR documents such as appointment and confirmation letters.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, petty cash, and daily accounting entries.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Support GST/TDS documentation and coordinate with auditors.
- Maintain confidential HR and financial records.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
