Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other digital channels, and converting inquiries into successful sales. This role is best suited for freshers or candidates with up to two years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and business development.

The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the value of the company's products or services. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating the customer database (CRM), following up on leads, achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, coordinating with the field sales or marketing team, and ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads. The candidate will also be expected to prepare basic sales reports, handle customer queries professionally, and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
