Juice Maker

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Make fresh fruit juices, vegetable blends, smoothies, and milkshakes according to standard recipes.
• Ingredient Management: Wash, peel, chop, and prep fresh fruits and vegetables, checking constantly for quality and freshness.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and sanitize blenders, juicers, cutting tools, and refrigerators daily.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and recommend specific menu items or custom blends.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of produce, milk, and supplies, and assist with restocking.
• Hygiene and Safety: Follow health and sanitation rules to keep the preparation counter spotless.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a juice bar, cafe, or kitchen environment.
• Skills: Good knowledge of produce handling, safe knife skills, and fast-paced beverage preparation.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for long hours and lift heavy crates of produce.
• Certifications: Basic food safety or hygiene certification is often preferred
