Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused, and energetic Mall Cashier & Sales Person to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, handling sales transactions, maintaining store displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate cash balances and prepare daily cash reports.
• Assist in achieving store sales targets and performance goals.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and attractive.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to company policies.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and store policies.
• Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales or cashier operations preferred.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
