1. Office Executive
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office activities
Manage customer calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries
Coordinate with clients and designers
Maintain office records and documents
Follow up with clients regarding projects and payments
Basic computer knowledge required
Skills: Communication, coordination, MS Office, customer handling
Experience: Freshers can apply
2. Hindi-Speaking Staff
Responsibilities:
Communicate with Hindi-speaking clients
Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
Explain our services clearly to clients
Coordinate between clients and the design team
Follow up with prospective customers
Skills: Good Hindi communication, basic Tamil/English preferred
Experience: Freshers can apply
3. Architectural / 3D Designer
Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D house plans and layouts
Create 3D building elevations
Prepare 3D floor plans and interior designs
Make design modifications based on client requirements
Coordinate with clients and the office team
Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D software, Photoshop or similar software preferred
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
