Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of irthlife.

  • Manage daily e-commerce orders from order placement to fulfilment and delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock updates.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, availability, and basic catalogue updates across e-commerce platforms.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues affecting order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track operational performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Monitor marketplace/e-commerce dashboards and update relevant information.
  • Assist in improving operational processes and reducing errors.
  • Support promotional campaigns and ensure products are available and correctly listed during campaigns.
