Job Description

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to turn property enquiries into closed deals across our residential projects and resale/rental listings in Chennai.


  • Follow up quickly on leads from portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com), the website, walk-ins, referrals and social media
  • advertise in Social media, generate leads , speak with customers , follow up.
  • Understand each client's budget, location preference and timeline, and match them with suitable properties
  • Do site visits and property presentations; explain layouts, specifications, UDS, pricing and payment plans
  • Negotiate and close deals, and coordinate booking, agreement and registration
  • Track local market prices, competitor projects and demand trends
  • Meet monthly site-visit, booking and revenue targets


Requirements

  • 1–4 years in real estate, banking, insurance or other direct sales (freshers with strong communication skills considered)
  • Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Chennai localities and property market
  • Basic understanding of property documents: patta, EC, sale deed, RERA, approvals
  • Two-wheeler with a valid licence
  • Comfortable with field work, weekend site visits and targets


Compensation

Fixed salary + attractive incentives per closure
