Job Description
Right Recruitments is hiring Relationship Managers - Bancassurance Sales for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies in Chennai (Adyar). 5 open positions.
THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets.
What the job actually is - you are placed in partner bank branches. You work with the bank staff and branch managers, meet the bank's customers, explain life insurance plans and close policies. Your monthly premium target comes from these bank branches.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with partner bank branch staff
- Meet bank customers and sell life insurance policies
- Achieve monthly sales, premium and persistency targets
- Train bank staff on the products so they refer customers to you
- Follow IRDAI and company compliance
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, any sector
- Graduate in any discipline
- Based in Chennai, comfortable with daily branch and customer visits
- Good communication in Tamil and English
- Two-wheeler preferred
Prior experience in bancassurance, insurance, banking, NBFC or any financial product sales is preferred, but candidates from other field sales backgrounds are welcome.
Compensation - fixed salary Rs 3 to 4.5 lakh per annum (based on experience), plus performance incentive over and above the fixed salary.
