Relationship Manager - LAP-Loan Against Property-Sales
Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
As a Relationship Manager in the LAP Sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's LAP business. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, cross-selling bank products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work closely with the bank's relationship teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products.
- Cross-sell other bank products and services to existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application process.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments of customers' loan applications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
