Resource Management Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities
- The person selected will be responsible for Data Governance and Data analytics
- Will be responsible for handling critical reports for Senior Leadership Team
- Will do a certain degree of data analysis, identify issues/problem areas, provide recommendations to Leadership.
- Will provide reports for Leadership calls.
- Will be responsible for Success Factor Data Governance, creating demand reports.
- Will be responsible to Monitor end-to-end fulfilment including demand-supply matching, allocation, tracking and monitoring progress of fulfilment opened with sourcing channels.
Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- Competent in using MS-Excel & Powerpoint.
- The ability to work with all levels of the organization
- The ability to follow prescribed processes and also take initiative to solve problems creatively, ability to identify and drive process improvements.
- Experience with resource/workforce management and recruiting processes and tools, as well as the IT industry.
