Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities :

. Attend training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's software products and services.

• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM/system.
• Explain the features, benefits, and functionality of the software to prospective customers through calls, meetings, or demonstrations.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert them into successful sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and provide timely customer support.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects, address their queries, and assist them throughout the sales process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to the company's business growth.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and update customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's solutions.
