Job RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Executive for our Water Softener division. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer consultation, product demonstrations, and closing sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and conduct field visits to residential and commercial customers.
• Understand customer water-quality requirements and recommend suitable water softener solutions.
• Give clear product briefings and live demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Handle customer queries and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Negotiate and close sales effectively.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and convert leads into orders.
• Coordinate with the installation/service team for smooth customer handover.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with sales experience in water treatment / water softener products are preferred.

Experience with brands/products such as:

• ZeroB
• Aquaguard
• Kent
• Aquapure Plus
• 3M Water Softener
• Other water treatment / filtration products
• Skills RequiredGood communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong field-sales and negotiation skills
• Product demonstration ability
• Lead follow-up and sales-closing skills
• Willingness to travel for customer visits
• Experience in residential water treatment sales will be an advantage
