Job Description: Sales Officer Trainee
Overview
* Designation: Sales Officer Trainee
* Compensation: ₹6,00,000 LPA (No variable pay)
* Additional Benefits: Mobile reimbursement and travel allowance as per company policy
Role & Responsibilities
* Engage in Field Sales.
* Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
* Conduct market visits and manage dealer/distributor relationships.
* Develop and maintain strong market relationships.
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
* Education: Only 2026 passouts with degrees in BBA, BCA, or B.Com.
* Academic Criteria: Minimum 70% with no backlogs.
* Experience: 0 to 1 year.
* Must know how to ride a two-wheeler.
* Genuine interest and aptitude for field sales.
* Good communication skills in both English and regional languages.
* Self-driven, target-oriented nature.
* Willingness to travel anywhere within the assigned region.
