PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

Act as the Senior Integration Developer for Dynamics 365 Sales, with responsibility for integrations with other systems and processes. Engage with the business to understand requirements, develop and maintain customizations, produce software development lifecycle artifacts, perform PoCs, and communicate deliverables to business and technology teams. The role includes a range of tasks focused on maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the Dynamics 365 CRM system, including its integrations with ERP, CPQ, and other downstream systems.

 

 KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design and implement plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations.
• Develop, configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business requirements.
• Ensure smooth operation of CRM system by monitoring, maintaining and managing configurations, security settings and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems, errors or bugs in the CRM system, collaborating with business, IT, or development teams as necessary.
• Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and ERP/external systems via middleware platforms, including troubleshooting data sync issues across account, quote, and order records.
• Support integration between Dynamics 365 and Tacton CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) tools, ensuring accurate quote and pricing data flows through to order processing.
• Create, modify, and maintain system customizations to dashboards, views, business processes, workflows and dialogs.
• Manage and coordinate JIRA, task estimations and risks, along with the release process.
• Coordinate with consultant resources as needed for project delivery.
• Own System Administration, including roles and permission sets, and Business Unit structure. Monitor application performance using Power Platform tools and proactively resolve issues.
• Support data migration and reconciliation activities during system rollouts and go-lives, ensuring data accuracy across source and target systems.
• Generate user and technical documentation.
• Attain high stakeholder satisfaction, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality results.

  

SELECTION CRITERIA

• B.E. Degree in IT (or equivalent).
• 6+ years' experience in a similar role.
• MS Dynamics 365 CE & Sales Certified, Specialist in the Sales Module.
• MS Dynamics Customization & Configuration certification, or Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core certification, with applied experience.
• Tacton CPQ or any other CPQ experience is preferred
• Customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM at the form, entity, relationship, reports, workflow, dialogs, and business unit/user role permission level.
• Strong experience building integrations between Dynamics CRM and ERP & other external systems, including middleware-based integration patterns and secure API/OAuth-based authentication.
• Strong experience customizing & configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Experience supporting data migration or system cutover activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of CRM implementation best practices.
• Experience in agile development practices & methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with all levels in the organization.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and work independently.
