Senior Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and develop prospective customers through calls, referrals, and customer interactions.

● Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

● Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline using CRM tools

● Explain /services effectively and provide suitable solutions to customers

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals Required Skills

● Excellent communication skills in English

● Ability to communicate in Hindi will be an added advantage

● Strong customer follow-up and relationship management skills

● Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines

● Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM software

● Strong negotiation and convincing skills

● Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Preferred Industry Experience:

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

● Product Sales

● Banking (Personal Loans / Home Loans)

● Real Estate Sales

● Service Industry

● Student Counsellor / Career Counsellor roles

Experience Required:

● Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
