Site Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic Site Engineer to handle client interactions, convert leads into projects, and coordinate with the design and execution team for smooth project delivery. The role involves both pre-sales and post-sales coordination in the interior design domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, social media inquiries)
• Generate new business through offline visits to builders, apartments, villas, homeowners, contractors, and Stores.
• Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences
• Explain interior design packages, materials, and pricing clearly
• Convert leads into confirmed projects through follow-ups
• Schedule and coordinate site visits and client meetings
• Take basic site measurements during client visits to support quotation and design planning
• Work closely with designers to align proposals with client needs
• Prepare quotations and assist in closing deals
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and execution team
• Ensure smooth communication between the client and internal team
• Track sales pipeline and update lead status regularly
• Support post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in interior sales, real estate, construction, or a related field preferred
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and business development
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
