Software Engineer

As a Full Stack Software Engineer specializing in Java, you will play a key role in the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Java-based back-end frameworks (such as Spring Boot) as well as modern front-end technologies (such as React). Beyond traditional full-stack development, you will help drive the integration of Agentic AI into the SDLC — building or leveraging AI agents that assist with code generation, testing, code review, documentation, and CI/CD automation. You will work with emerging frameworks such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) (or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks) to connect LLM-based agents to internal tools, APIs, and data sources securely. • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot/Spring MVC) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular)
• Design, build, and maintain Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture — including module federation, independent deployment pipelines, and shared component/design systems across multiple teams
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple micro frontends into a cohesive shell/host application, ensuring consistent UX, routing, and state management across modules
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA, DevOps) in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions, including frontend decomposition strategy (MFE boundaries, ownership models)
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance (including cross-MFE performance and bundle size optimization)
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and independent deployment of micro frontends
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
• Work with relational databases for data modeling and query optimization
• Deploy and manage applications in GCP cloud environments 
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows within the SDLC — e.g., AI agents for automated code review, test generation, ticket triage, and documentation
• Build, configure, and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to expose internal APIs, databases, and tools securely to LLM/agent-based systems
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents using ADK (Agent Development Kit) or comparable agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel) for multi-step, tool-using workflows
• Integrate agentic AI capabilities into existing CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development, testing, and release cycles
• Evaluate, prototype, and pilot emerging agentic AI tools/frameworks and recommend adoption where they improve engineering velocity or code quality
• Ensure governance, security, and observability practices are applied to AI agent integrations (e.g., permissions, auditability, guardrails)
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2+ years of professional experience in full stack software development
• Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Hibernate
• Solid experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, and a modern framework (React)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs / microservices
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools ( GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with Micro Frontend (MFE) concepts (e.g., Webpack Module Federation, Single-SPA, Nx monorepo, or native federation) and modular UI design
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Hands-on exposure to LLM-based tools or agentic AI concepts (e.g., using AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, or building simple agent workflows)

Good to Have: 

• Experience with GCPcloud platforms 
• Knowledge of containerization tools
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks 
• Understanding of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT)
• Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, or enterprise-scale systems
• Relevant certifications (Java, GCP certifications)
