ROLE PURPOSE

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Learning Content Developer to design and develop high-quality learning solutions for a global technical environment at Nordex Blades.

The role focuses on transforming Blades technical information from work instructions and technical experts into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences for diverse audiences worldwide.

This position combines instructional design, digital learning development, multimedia creation, and collaboration with blades technical experts and stakeholders.

 

YOUR TASKS

Learning design & content development:

• Design digital, blended, and instructor-led learning solutions aligned with business needs.
• Translate blades technical documentation and expert input into structured learning materials.
• Develop learning paths, programs, training modules, and assessments.
• Apply instructional design methods to create effective, practice-oriented learning.
• Structure content for different competence levels.
• Collaborate with production teams to gather the information, images, and footage required for the development of training materials.

Digital learning production:

• Develop interactive eLearning using Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline).
• Create engaging digital assets such as animations, videos, infographics, and scenarios, using verity of tools including AI.
• Ensure consistent design aligned with global standards.

 

Global learning support:

• Collaborate with Nordex Blades production SMEs and stakeholders both in regions and globally. 
• Coordinate review rounds, feedback, and improvements.
• Support localization, versions, and adapt content for different audiences.
  
  

Learning technologies & continuous training improvement:

• Manage learning materials in LMS platform. 
• Explore new technologies, including AI-supported tools.
• Maintain learning content standards, lifecycle, updates, documentation and governance.

 

 

Your Skills

 

Professional tools mastery:

• Strong experience with Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline, Review).
• Proficient PowerPoint skills for visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Stream, Planner).
• Canva (or similar graphic tools) skills
• Confidence in creation and editing visuals, videos, and learning materials.
• Good understanding of visual design principles and AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia).
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, structuring, assessments, and translation.
• Ability to evaluate and apply new digital solutions.
• LMS platforms usage and understanding (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).

 

Technical competencies:

• Ability to understand technical processes and documentation.
• Experience with work instructions, procedures, and process descriptions.
• Strong ability to simplify complex information.
  
  

Experience:

• 2+ Experience in industrial or technical environments.
• 2+ Hands-on experience in developing learning for technical teams.
• Understanding of competency frameworks and skills matrices.
• Experience in supporting technical training developing.
