Job Description

Sr Production Support Analyst

Docebo Administrator – Technical Steward

About Our Team:-

Digital Business Solutions (DBS) delivers innovation and solves customer and business problems by leveraging the power of technology, data, and — increasingly — AI. Within DBS, the Sales Technology team owns and supports the global sales platform ecosystem — including our core Salesforce platform, Docebo (LMS), Gainsight, Oracle Sales Cloud, Monday.com, and adjacent applications — serving more than 2,000 users worldwide. We partner with sales, sales enablement, L&D, and business stakeholders to keep these platforms reliable, well governed, and continuously improving, so that our sales teams have the tools, training, and data they need to perform and grow.

About the Role:-

The Docebo Administrator / Technical Steward will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Docebo within our sales tech ecosystem. This role involves overseeing integrations with Salesforce, HR, and other enterprise applications, ensuring content and data integrity, and supporting learner and sales enablement adoption across our global sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Docebo (or similar application), along with strategic and stakeholder engagement skills to maximize platform value.

Responsibilities:-

Technical Operations & Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical administration and operational support for Docebo, including monitoring, troubleshooting and approved technical configuration changes.
  • Support Business administrators and Power Users with technical issues, testing and platform improvements.
  • Engage Docebo Product Support to investigate and resolve product or platform issues, coordinating with Business teams for validation where required.
  • Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve platform reliability and the user/admin experience.

Integrations & Automation

  • Support and enhance Docebo integrations and automation using Workato, Docebo Connect, APIs and other approved integration technologies.
  • Support identity provisioning, SSO, API-based data flows and integrations with enterprise and Business applications.
  • Work with IDAM, EUC, Tech Desk, source-system, security and other technology teams to deliver and troubleshoot cross-system solutions.
  • Ensure integrations and technical configurations meet applicable security, privacy and governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and develop reusable integration and automation patterns.

New Business Team Rollouts

  • Provide technical support for onboarding additional Business teams as adoption of Docebo grows.
  • Coordinate technical dependencies, integrations, identity, notification and security requirements required for new rollouts.
  • Support technical configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare and transition into BAU support.
  • Reuse established implementation patterns, templates and integrations wherever possible to make subsequent rollouts faster and more efficient.

Collaboration, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the Application Support Lead, Application Steward, Business teams, Docebo Product Support and relevant Elsevier technology teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, onboarding checklists and reusable implementation templates.
  • Stay current with Docebo capabilities and relevant integration technologies and identify opportunities to improve, automate or scale the service.
  • Operate within the agreed application architecture and governance model, escalating significant technical, architectural or service issues through the appropriate channels.

Requirements:-

  • Proven experience as a Docebo Administrator, Technical Steward, or similar role supporting Docebo and/or Salesforce or other sales technology applications.
  • Strong understanding of learning management processes, sales enablement, and training/certification operations.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Docebo modules (e.g., Course Management, Learning Plans, Certifications, Reports & Analytics, Coach & Share).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams across regions.

Nice to Have

  • Docebo certifications (e.g., Docebo Certified Power User/Admin or equivalent).
  • Experience with Salesforce administration is a plus.
  • SCORM/xAPI content standards, data analytics, visualization tools, and automation.
