Job Title: Store Manager – MINISO

Location: Mogappair, Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead the MINISO store in Mogappair. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team in line with MINISO brand standards.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Customer Experience:Drive store sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations effectively.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
• 2. Store Operations & Excellence:Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Maintain store hygiene, visual appeal, and VM standards as per MINISO guidelines.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily store reconciliation.
• Implement SOPs and ensure compliance across all processes.
• 3. Team Leadership & People Management:Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and on-floor coaching.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
• Foster a positive and energetic work environment.
• 4. Inventory & Stock Management:Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize stock-outs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and checks.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock movement.
• Ensure shrinkage control and loss prevention.
• 5. Visual Merchandising & Promotions:Execute VM guidelines and seasonal campaigns effectively.
• Ensure correct product placement, pricing, and display standards.
• Drive in-store promotions and maximize product visibility.
• 6. Reporting & Compliance:Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track KPIs such as conversion, ATV, and footfall.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
• Skills & Qualifications:Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• Experience:Minimum 3–5 years in retail, with at least 1–2 years as Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
• Language:Tamil (Preferred)
• English (Required)
• Working Conditions:Shift-based working (including weekends & holidays)
• 9-hour shift with breaks as per company policy
• Weekly off: 4 +1 Week Off Per Month
