Stores & Depatch Assistant

Job Summary:

The Stores & Dispatch Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records both physically and in the system, managing counter sales, handling billing operations, and efficiently planning dispatch activities. This role ensures smooth inventory management and timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock records both physically and in the system to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Manage counter sales and assist customers with product inquiries.
• Handle billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules for timely delivery of goods.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure proper packaging and transportation.
• Conduct regular stock audits to monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with storage and dispatch procedures to maintain product quality.
• Provide reports on stock status, sales trends, and dispatch schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes.
• Experience in counter sales and customer handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams efficiently.
• Previous experience in stores and dispatch operations is preferred.
