Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
  • Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries.
  • Assist team members in customer meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Accounts teams when required.
  • Handle customer concerns and help resolve sales-related issues.
  • Train and guide new sales executives on company projects and sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, bookings, and sales.
  • Ensure company policies and sales procedures are followed.
