Technical Architect
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Computer-Based Testing (CBT), cloud architecture, big data engineering, and assessment analytics. The role focuses on designing, scaling, and managing large-scale examination platforms, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and high availability in mission-critical environments.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and deliver end-to-end digital assessment and Computer-Based Testing (CBT) platforms supporting large-scale and multi-tenant environments.
- Design scalable assessment data pipelines, exam workflows, scoring engines, analytics layers, and APIs for integration with LMS, ERP, and third-party systems.
- Define and govern assessment reference architectures, data models, and security frameworks in line with L&T EduTech and regulatory standards.
- Design and manage cloud-native and hybrid architectures using AWS (primary), with exposure to Azure/GCP.
- Build secure, scalable microservices and serverless platforms for assessment delivery and operations.
- Develop AI-driven proctoring and real-time monitoring solutions, including video, behavioral, voice, and object detection, to ensure exam integrity.
- Apply computer vision and ML models to detect suspicious activities and compliance violations.
- Deliver automated reports and analytics to provide actionable insights on assessment performance and integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Education: B. E /B. Tech in Computer Science or related field
- Experience: 11–18 years in CBT, assessment platforms, cloud, and data engineering
- Technical Skills:
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git
- Backend & Data: PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, GoLang, NextJs.
- AI/ML & CV: AI/ML models, behavioral analytics, YOLO (object detection), video analysis
- Architecture: Serverless, microservices, secure system design
