Job Description
IFB INDUSTRIES LTD :
A Home Appliance Service Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing home appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, air conditioners, and other domestic appliances at customer locations.
- You will be handling Service calls in CRM
- Assigning calls to Service Engineers, get feedback for all calls from customers and updating in CRM on same day as per IFB Industries Ltd terms and conditions.
- Handling customers and Service Ambassadors and customer satisfaction over call
- Coordinating with IFB Industries Ltd Staffs @ branch office and IFB customer care.
- Updating reports every day as per Director/Manager
Preparing reports and job sheets submissions and update the same to Director/Manager
