Job Description

📞 Telecaller – Customer EngagementChennai | Work From Office

Experience: 1–3 Years | Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller who enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships.

  • What you’ll do:Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
  • Understand customer requirements and provide product information
  • Follow up with enquiries
  • Coordinate with the sales team
  • Maintain customer records and CRM
  • Handle basic customer queries
  • We’re looking for:Excellent Tamil & English communication
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, positive and customer-friendly attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Telecalling / customer service experience preferred
  • Fashion, retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage

Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
