## 📌 Job Opportunity: Tele Sales Executive

### 🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Connect with registered users to explain M4Marry’s offerings.  

- Promote premium subscription packages (3‑month, 6‑month, etc.).  

- Build strong rapport with prospects and highlight app benefits.  

- Ensure professional, customer‑friendly communication during calls.  

- Meet daily/weekly sales and conversion targets.  

### ✅ Eligibility Criteria

- **Education:** Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.  

- **Experience:** fresher and experience in telesales/telemarketing/renewals.  

- **Language:** Fluent in Tamil (mandatory).  

- **Skills:** Strong communication, convincing ability, mobile app familiarity.  

- **Age:** Below 32 years.  

- **Work Style:** Independent yet collaborative, adaptable to flexible shifts.  

- **Requirement:** Willingness to work from office.  

### 🕒 Work Timings & Week Offs

- Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (any 9‑hour shift).  

- Week Offs: 2 Sundays, 2 rotational week offs, 1 Saturday will be week off.  

_Candidate should be comfortable working on Saturdays & sundays too.
