Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecalling Executive to join our Educational consultancy team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, reaching out to prospective leads, explaining our counselling and admission services, answering their queries, and encouraging them to take the next step, whether that is booking a counselling session or enrolling with us. You will also be responsible for following up with interested candidates, maintaining accurate records of calls and lead status in our CRM or spreadsheets, and meeting daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, customer support, or admissions counselling, ideally in the education sector, though strong freshers-turned-performers from other industries are welcome to apply. Excellent verbal communication skills are a must, with fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi or other regional languages are an added advantage), along with a pleasant voice, good listening skills, and the ability to handle objections politely and persuasively. You should be comfortable making a high volume of calls, be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build rapport quickly with people from different backgrounds. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM will be helpful.

In return, we offer a salary of ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and performance, along with a supportive work environment, product and process training, and opportunities for growth within the organisation.
