Job Description

JD:


  • Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments.
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls and maintain regular communication.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
  • Resolve customer queries related to loan repayments.
  • Update call records and collection status in the system.
  • Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets while following company policies.


Requirement:


  • DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Collections, Write-off, or Loan Recovery.
  • Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree.
  • Relevant collections/recovery experience is mandatory.
  • Strong loan recovery and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and Basic English.
  • Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle customer objections professionally and achieve recovery targets.
