Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents and introduce Intellea's courses and programs
  • Understand each student's education background, interests and career goals to identify interested prospects
  • Explain course details, benefits and learning format clearly
  • Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads
  • Schedule counselling calls or meetings with the Academic Counselling team
  • Handle incoming enquiries and pass detailed academic questions to the right team
  • Update lead status, call outcomes and follow-up dates in the CRM
  • Maintain daily call records and achieve calling and appointment targets
  • Coordinate with the Counselling, Sales and Operations teams for smooth lead handover


Skills & Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, education sales or lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
  • Confident, polite and persuasive on phone calls
  • Good listening, follow-up and time-management skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working with daily and monthly targets
