Loyal Insuranz is hiring Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers over phone calls, explain our insurance products, and help generate qualified leads for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in insurance sales with good earning potential through incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided by the company
  • Clearly explain insurance policies ( motor) and their benefits
  • Answer customer questions and address basic concerns about policies
  • Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for interested customers
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions daily
  • Achieve daily and weekly call/lead targets
  • Build positive relationships with customers for long-term engagement
