🚍 வேலை வாய்ப்பு: Bus Captain / Travel Executive
வேலை இடம்: Koyambedu, Chennai
👉 Koyambedu சுற்றுவட்டாரத்தில் (10–12 kms) உள்ளவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
👉 கூடுதலாக Trichy, Madurai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad இடங்களிலும் வேலை வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது.
🔹 Shift Details
Full‑time, Night Shifts (Permanent Job)
Shift ஆரம்பம்: 6 PM – 11 PM இடையில் → அடுத்த நாள் காலை (12–14 hours round trip).
உதாரணம்: 10 PM login → அடுத்த நாள் காலை 10–11 AM return.
Bonus: ₹4,000 (2nd, 4th, 6th மாதம் completion‑க்கு).
Benefits: Incentives + Free Dinner + Insurance coverage.
🎯 Job Responsibilities
~40 passengers உடன் பயணம் செய்து online ticket bookings valid ID proof மூலம் verify செய்ய வேண்டும்.
AC Smart Bus (Wi‑Fi, GPS, Toilets available)‑இல் passengers comfort உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
Spot bookings manage செய்து, return journey tickets discounts/promocode மூலம் promote செய்ய வேண்டும் (extra incentives கிடைக்கும்).
Passenger feedback, ratings & reviews collect செய்ய வேண்டும் (incentives கிடைக்கும்).
Drivers & cleaning staff உடன் coordinate செய்ய வேண்டும்.
Daily accounts bookings & incentives சரியாக maintain செய்ய வேண்டும்.
Long‑distance night travel (12–14 hrs round trip).
உதாரணம்: Koyambedu boarding point‑இல் 8 PM start → அடுத்த நாள் காலை 8–9 AM Koyambedu‑க்கு திரும்ப வேண்டும்.
👤 Candidate Requirements
Age: 19–33 years (Male candidates only).
Education: Diploma / Intermediate / Degree / PG.
Languages: Fluent Tamil + Basic English.
Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, convincing skills.
Availability: Nights, weekends & holidays‑இல் flexible‑ஆக வேலை செய்ய வேண்டும்.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹17,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner + Bonus.
Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month (valid experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service).
Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹15,000/month (return journey ticket sales & feedback collection).
