Job Description

Job Title : Tele caller / Tele caller Executive



Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in company products and services.
  • Explain company products and digital marketing services effectively to prospective clients.
  • Pitch clients and fix appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls with leads.
  • Maintain accurate call records, client details, and lead information in the system.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide necessary information.
  • Build positive client relationships through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and appointment management.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly calling targets.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Handling
  2. Must be fluent in Tamil and English
  3. Good communication and convincing skills
  4. Ability to handle client queries professionally
  5. Target-oriented and proactive mindset
  6. Basic computer knowledge preferred
