Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
  • Communicate with customers in English and required regional/multilingual languages.
  • Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English plus one or more regional/foreign languages, depending on the process.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools.
  • Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, if required.
