Job Description – Telesales Executive
Day Shift - 9 Am to 6 Pm
Location: Adambakkam, Chennai
Experience: Fresher to 5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Languages Required: Hindi or Malayalam (Mandatory)
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to connect with prospective customers/candidates, pitch offerings, and convert leads into successful outcomes. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
- Explain products/services clearly and address queries
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain a polite and professional approach during calls
- Update CRM/database with call outcomes and feedback
- Coordinate with the team to close leads effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi or Malayalam is mandatory (in addition to English/Tamil, preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Freshers welcome; up to 5 years of telesales/BPO experience accepted
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
