Job Description
Tele Sales Executive (Work From Office)
Chennai | Full-time | Mon to Sat, 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Sunday holiday)
About the role
We're a fast-growing Chennai-based subscription healthy-meal brand. You'll speak to health-conscious customers, understand what they need, and guide them to the right meal plan.
Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads from Instagram, Meta ads, website and WhatsApp
Understand customer goals and recommend the right plan
Explain the subscription clearly and handle objections politely
Close sales and collect details to start the subscription
Follow up consistently with undecided leads
Update the CRM daily (call status, lead stage, next follow-up)
Coordinate with delivery and operations for a smooth start
Help existing customers renew
Achieve daily and monthly call, conversion and revenue targets
Requirements
Any graduate (strong 12th pass candidates considered)
1 to 3 years in tele sales, inside sales or customer service; freshers welcome
Fluent Tamil and good English (Hindi or Telugu is a plus)
Comfortable making 60 to 100 calls a day
Basic WhatsApp, Google Sheets and CRM skills
Able to commute reliably to our Chrompet office
Willing to work the full 6-day schedule

Bonus: food, FMCG, health or subscription experience
Compensation
Fixed: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000/month, based on experience
Incentive: up to ₹6,000/month, tied to targets
Total: ₹19,000 to ₹21,000/month
