ILP Academy – Fire & Industrial Safety Training

ILP Academy is looking for an energetic and confident Training Coordinator to coordinate our Diploma Courses, Industrial Safety Courses, and corporate/industrial training programs.

Key Responsibilities• Coordinate Diploma & Industrial Safety courses for students

• Counsel and canvass prospective students for course admissions

• Schedule classes, training programs and industrial training sessions

• Conduct training programs and presentations for students and industrial customers

• Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations (PPTs)

• Coordinate with industries and corporate customers regarding training requirements

• Prepare and send training quotations, proposals and emails to customers

• Follow up with customers and students regarding training schedules and admissions

• Visit industries/customers when required

• Travel to other locations/states for student canvassing and training activities when required

• Maintain proper coordination between students, trainers, customers and management

Candidate Requirements🎓 Relevant qualification with an interest/background in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety / Training preferred

🗣️ Good English communication skills are essential

🗣️ Knowledge of Hindi and other languages will be an added advantage

💻 Good knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint presentations

🎤 Should be confident in conducting training sessions and addressing groups

🤝 Good student counselling, coordination and interpersonal skills

🚗 Willingness to travel for customer visits, training and student canvassing

Salary & Benefits💰 Salary: Negotiable/revisable based on qualification and experience

⛽ Petrol/Conveyance allowance will be provided separately for customer visits

✈️ Travel allowance will be provided separately for approved outstation/interstate travel
