Relationship Manager

The Junior/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for customer handling, gold loan processing support, business development, customer relationship management, and assisting with daily branch operations. The role involves providing excellent customer service, promoting gold loan products, and supporting the branch team in achieving business targets while following company policies and procedures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and loan procedures.
• Assist customers with gold loan applications, documentation, and KYC verification.
• Support gold loan processing, including coordination with the gold appraiser and branch team.
• Generate new business through customer referrals, field visits, and local marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding loan renewals, repayments, and interest payments.
• Support the branch in achieving monthly business and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the company system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with cash-related coordination and other branch activities as assigned, subject to authorization.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure proper handling of documents.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Any graduate or undergraduate, as per company policy.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply and 2-3 yrs Can apply for the Senior Relationship Role
• Skills: Good communication, customer service, and basic computer knowledge.
• Languages: Local language proficiency is preferred; Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or other regional languages may be required depending on the branch location.
